At San Rocco Italia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
